Howard Burton Boehm, 77 of Portsmouth died Thursday, March 4, 2021, at Portsmouth Health and Rehab. He was born September 21, 1943, in Portsmouth to the late Raymond and Ruth Boland Boehm and retired from the City of Portsmouth as an auto mechanic.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Craft Boehm, 2 brothers; Ralph and Kenneth Boehm, 3 sisters; Shirley Hayslip, Loretta Eldridge, and Dorothy Cooper
Howard is survived by his two daughters: Wendy (Barry) Potts of Chillicothe, and Cindy (Rusty) Blevins of Stout. A brother Vernon Boehm, and two grandchildren; Holly Blevins and Nate Potts.
