Thomas McKelvey Logan, 64 of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away at home on January 25, 2024.
He was born September 23, 1959, in Portsmouth to the late Tom Arnold and Pauline Logan, also preceding him in death was a brother Danny Logan, and a sister Dana Burger.
He is survived by his brother Darrell Logan of Wheelersburg and three sisters, Debbie Adkins of Oak Hill, Toni Logan of Sciotoville, and Sandy Davidson of Longview, Texas; along with many nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Tom’s wishes, there will be no visitation or public services.
