Jeffrey Pennington, 60, of South Shore, KY, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Portsmouth, OH, on August 5, 1965, a son of the late William and Hilma Howell Pennington.
Jeff was an avid lover of music and hunting.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Chris Gordon; three brothers, Mike Pennington, Charlie Pennington, and Ron Pennington.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Maggie Pennington; three sons, Jeffrey Scott, Gabriel Everett, and Benjamin Sawyer; two daughters, Amelia Jane and Avery Renee; one brother, Samuel (Jennifer) Pennington; two sisters, Karen (Larry) Worthington and Georgianne Gordon; Along with several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
There will be a Memorial Service held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Flatwoods First Baptist Church, 1206 Bluegrass Street, Flatwoods, KY 41139, with Jim Nichols and David Daniels officiating.
