A 32-year-old man already doing time for drug possession, felonious assault, and obstructing official business is in even more trouble after the Scioto County Grand Jury handed down an indictment for illegal conveyance of drugs into a government facility.
The Grand Jury also indicted former Lucasville inmate Kyle Ross for illegal conveyance of drugs into a government facility, aggravated possession of drugs, and possession of drugs. Ross is currently wanted for parole violation. He was doing time for engaging in corrupt acts and possessing criminal tools before he was released on parole back in November. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections says they consider Ross to be armed and dangerous.
The grand jury also indicted Josephine Smith, 38, whose address is only listed as Ohio, for illegal conveyance of drugs into a government facility.
