It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Patricia (Patti) Smith, 63, of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away surrounded by family and friends on February 25th, 2026.
Patti was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny; her parents, William and Virginia; her brother, Billy; her sister, Katie; and her niece, Ashley.
She is survived by her son, Kenny (Ashley), and three grandchildren, October, Kenny Jr., and Alice. She is also survived by her brothers, Mike and Danny; her nephew, Brayden (Alyson), whom she raised, and their twin boys, Zeke and Zealand; her niece, Maggie (Johnny), and her children, Ambur, Zoey, and Rachel; her nephew, Justin, and his daughters, Lily, Katie, Faith, and Scarlett; her nephews, Chandler and Michael; and many more beloved family members and friends.
Patti loved the simple things in life, such as camping, bonfires, walking trails, and, most importantly, spending time with her family.
The family is planning a celebration of life, with details to be announced at a later date.
