It turned out the man had lived in the home for three years. Officers explained that if she wants him gone, she’ll have to file an eviction notice.

She called again at 6:18 am to report she’d locked the man out of the house and he was once again beating on the door.

The woman claimed the man was on drugs. However, police said he was in his own home with a friend. Officers advised all parties to just avoid each other.
