Debra Kay Horner, 61, of Franklin Furnace, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, June 13, 2021, in Cleveland. Born on March 27, 1960 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of Charles and Frances Born Montgomery of Minford.
Debbie graduated from Wheelersburg High School and was a member of Franklin Furnace Independent Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, David and James Montgomery.
Surviving are her husband, Gerald Horner, three daughters, Shannon Whitis of Franklin Furnace, Amanda (Stephen) Stover of South Point and Sarah (Cody) Bartram of Ashland, KY; three brothers, Randy Montgomery, Mark (Tammy) Montgomery and Michael (Annie) Montgomery, all of Minford; three sisters, Mary (Roy) Etterling of Franklin Furnace, Margaret Brown of Stoutsville and Sandy Montgomery, of Minford; and her five special grandchildren, Hayden, Morgan, Clara, Callan and Norah.
A service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 18th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor Denny Hankins officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s after 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
