Linda Kay Wright, 72, of Wheelersburg, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2021, at SOMC Hospice Center. She was born June 30, 1949, in Portsmouth to the late Harry and Louis (Lewis) Breech. Linda worked as a waitress in several restaurants and worked several factory jobs throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed working on puzzles, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved going to the beach.
Linda is survived by two daughters, Stacy Wright of Wheelersburg, Angela Jordan of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Larry Breech and wife Judy of Ironton, Garry Breech and wife Debra of West Portsmouth; two sisters, Nancy Whitt and husband Bill of Hilliard, Patty Webb and husband Joe of Freemont; three grandchildren, Tony Breech, Annie Breech, and Sydney Vaughters and eight great-grandchildren that she truly loved. She was also preceded in death by her husband Harry Wright who passed away in 2000; five brothers, Harry Breech Jr., Leroy Breech, Denver Breech, Dale Breech, and Bill Breech; three sisters, Helen Martin, Dorothy Breech, and Shirley Bricker.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg under the direction of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME “Wolfe-Nelson Chapel” in Sciotoville. Online condolences may be left at www.DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
