Police advised the neighbors to stay off the caller’s property.

What’s That Smell?
A Mabert Road landlord told police she stopped by one of her properties to collect rent money and could smell a heavy scent of meth. The landlord was unsure if meth was being cooked there. She also claimed to have witnessed a drug deal.
Police did not smell meth in the area, so they had no cause to enter the home. They advised her to schedule an inspection and have an officer accompany her.
