According to Scioto County Sheriff David Thoroughman and Portsmouth Police Chief Debby Brewer, it all went down just before 2 pm at a home on Lucasville Minford Road.
Members of the Southern Ohio Organized & Major Crimes Task Force teamed up with parole and probation officers, the US Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force, and Portsmouth SWAT to raid the home.
Investigators discovered fentanyl, meth, and cocaine valued at almost $27,000 in the home, along with $1,000 in cash.
They also found three wanted men and a woman with a warrant in connection with a shocking crime against a minor.
