Busted! 39 New Arrests in Portsmouth, Ohio – 09/01/23 Scioto County Mugshots

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Tiffany Eldridge 

Ms. Eldridge was arrested on August 29th by the Portsmouth Police Department. She’s been charged with possessing drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, and theft.

Ms. Sweitzer was arrested on August 29th by the Portsmouth Police Department. She’s been charged with assault.

Mr. Harmison was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department on August 29th. He’s been charged with failure to appear. 

Andrew Saxby 

Mr. Saxby was arrested on August 29th by the Probation Department. He’s been charged with a probation violation. 

Randy Lee Brown 

Mr. Brown was arrested on August 29th by the US Marshal Service and charged with improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Jeremiah Wayne Dreher 

Mr. Dreher was arrested on August 29th by the Pike County Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with a probation violation.

Mr. Staggs was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department on August 31st. He’s been charged with driving under license forfeiture.

Misty Lynn Hurt 

Ms. Hurt was arrested on August 31st and charged with failure to appear.

Brad Lee Kazee

Mr. Kazee was arrested by the New Boston Police Department on August 31st. He’s been charged with having physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated.

Michael Miller Kerns 

Mr. Kerns was arrested on August 31st by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with four counts of forgery, receiving stolen property, and a parole violation

Bryson Humphrey 

Mr. Humphrey was arrested on August 31st and charged with possession of drugs. 

Billy Taylor

Mr. Taylor was arrested on August 31st. Has been charged with obstructing official business.

Daniel Keith Ruggles 

Mr. Ruggles was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department on August 30th for violating a protection order. 

Travell Markee Lyles 

Mr. Lyles was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department on August 30th. He’s been charged with trafficking and drugs. 

Justin Bledsoe 

Mr. Bledsoe was arrested on August 31st by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with failure to appear. 

Christopher Cooper 

Mr. Cooper was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department. On August 31st, he’s been charged with disorderly conduct and possessing drug abuse instruments.
