- A 9th Street caller contacted police to report missing medication. An officer advised her to pick up a theft of medication form.
- At 6:29 pm, an 8th Street caller told police someone got into her bank account and took out $800.
- A Charles Street woman contacted police to report she has video of a man breaking into her garage just after 7:30 pm. Police advised her to call them if he returns to the property.

Police were called to Harrisonville Avenue at 6:47 pm to report a woman stole his speaker, phone, and food stamp card. Since he lived with the woman and she locked him out, officers advised it was a civil matter.
The man then tried to claim he didn’t live with the woman. However a few days earlier the same officer had arrested the woman when she was in a car with the man and he’d told him that the two lived together.
The complainant got mad and didn’t want to talk to the officer any longer.
Parents Busted After Child Seen Running Unsupervised
A citizen flagged down an officer on 6th Street just after 8 pm to report an unsupervised child running around.
Police contacted CPS and took a man and woman into custody.
No Place to Go
A Chillicothe Street Caller reported a homeless man sitting near a fire hydrant in front of the Park Apartments asking people if he could go home with them.
At first, the man was calm and then he became angry with police and told them he planned to kill his former son-in-law. Police took him into custody for drunk and disorderly conduct.
Family Won’t Let COVID Patient Come Home
Portsmouth Ambulance contacted police when they attempted to drop a man off at his residence but his family refused to let him. EMS workers said the COVID-positive man became aggressive.
Police said the man suffered from several ailments. The man’s daughter and police attempted to convince him to go back to SOMC to get a referral to a long-term care facility but he refused the offer.
The man was released. The police report does not say when or if the man was able to get into his home.
