High winds, high people, dangerously confused individuals, and mom’s missing ashes kept Portsmouth Police Officers very busy on Thursday.  I’ve got the highlights in these 15 slides. If you’d like the full, unfiltered story, consider becoming a VIP member. Click here to learn how it works.

Little and Dangerous

  • Police answered a call at 1:20 am for a report of “little people trying to poison” a woman on 4th Street. Police found no little people or poison.
  • The caller said she would have the FBI come out to investigate the tiny terrors.
  • Later that day at 2 pm, she called 911 to report that illegal aliens were injecting her with an electric shock. Dispatch advised her to call a specialist.
  • Just after 8 pm, the woman’s family called the police worried about text messages they received from her. Officers found the woman at the Party Time Bar and sent for an ambulance. She was transported to SOMC.

  • AT 4:19 pm, officers responded to a report of a man falling all over the place on 6th Street. He refused medical attention and said he just needed to find shade and WiFi.
  • Police picked the man from the earlier Mabert Road call up on his warrant after he was released from the hospital just after 9 pm.
