An 11th Street caller got a fright just before midnight.
They spotted a strange older man looking in their back window. The caller said the man pressed his face up against the glass of the window and didn’t leave even when it was clear the people in the house knew he was there.

Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the man. They advised residents to lock their doors and windows and call them if he returned.
