Delbert Vincent Estepp, 66, of Waverly, a former Franklin Furnace resident, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at his residence. Born March 17, 1954, in Scioto County, a son of the late Ovie Delbert and Madgie Isacce Estep, he was a truck driver and a Marine Corp. veteran.
He is survived by one son, Brian Keith Lore of Lucasville; one brother, William Joe (Janet) Estepp of Shelby; two sisters, Edwinna Wroten of Waverly, Etheldreth Caldwell of Minford, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Glenda Mollett, Nadra Price, and his step-mother, Esta Estep.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Junior Furnace Cemetery in Franklin Furnace. Military graveside rites will be conducted by James Irwin Post No. 622 American Legion and William A. Baker Post No. 363.
