Donald Eugene Neal, 50 of Chillicothe passed away Friday, August 8, 2020. He was born November 29, 1969, in Portsmouth a son of Elsie (Cooper) Neal and the late Acie Neal.
He was a former laborer and enjoyed playing video games in his spare time. He is also survived by his daughter Ashley Neal of Portsmouth; a brother Acie Neal III and wife Lisa of Chillicothe; three sisters, Samantha Neal, Frances Neal, and Amber Neal all of Portsmouth along with several nieces and nephews.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Vernia Wroten.
