Portsmouth Police arrested a man and a woman on criminal trespass and drug charges after responding to a report of suspicious activity at a condemned home on 6th Street.
When officers arrived at the home, they discovered the front door had been forced open. Police took Paul Crisp and Lori Collins into custody and arranged to have their vehicles towed.

They charged Crisp with criminal trespass, probation violation, and possessing drug paraphernalia. This was at least his 13th visit to the Scioto County Jail. Previous charges include DUI, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, parole violation, felonious assault, receiving stolen property, drug possession, burglary, theft, and probation violation.
