An upset dad called 911 at 4:30 pm to ask for help with his drug-using wife. He said she’d been out all day using drugs, and he didn’t want her around the kids.
Officers explained that they couldn’t arrest the woman without probable cause and she had a right to be in her home. The man asked about child endangerment charges, but officers explained she’d have to display some type of behavior that warranted child endangerment charges and that nothing criminal had happened.
