Officers responded to McKinley Pool at 3 pm after a disturbing report. Witnesses said a bald man in a blue jacket was watching teenage girls suspiciously and making them feel uncomfortable.

When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke to pool employees, the girls, and the man in question.
Police served him with a no-trespass order from the pool. They advised him not to return and warned him he could be arrested if he did.
