Just after 11:30 pm, Pike County Deputies called Scioto County Deputies to investigate a possible shooting that allegedly happened in the County.
They said the victim and suspect left the scene in an orange Chevy Blazer and requested an ambulance.
The Pike County Officers said they were using OnStar in an attempt to track the victim. Deputies stood by and even postponed responding to call for other suspicious incidents.

Around 12:45 am, Pike County called to say they had located the victim and that the man had not been shot. He’d burned his leg on a motorcycle. They apologized for taking up Scioto County Deputies’ time.
