1. Body Discovered on High Street
Just before 9 am, EMS and officers responded to a report of a person not breathing in a High Street home.
Medics determined the victim was DOA, and officers contacted the coroner. Police impounded items for an investigation, and the coroner’s office took possession of the deceased.

2. Suicidal Man Takes Refuge at Wendy’s
A suicidal man contacted a suicide hotline and told workers he was thinking about jumping out into traffic, jumping off the overpass, or overdosing on meds. He said that he was currently at the Wendy’s on Gallia Street.
The hotline contacted 911, and officers and EMS headed to the scene. They found the man inside the restaurant, and he agreed to go by ambulance to the hospital.
