Police and EMS responded to a Kent Street Apartment after a report that a 30-year-old man was discovered unresponsive. When medics arrived on the scene, they confirmed the individual was deceased. Officers contacted the Scioto County Coroner, who fixed the time of death. Dispatch contacted Hocking County to notify the deceased’s next of kin.
