Scioto County Mugshots Busted Arrests in Portsmouth

Mr. Moss was arrested on August 11th. He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Mr. Waddell was arrested on August 13 by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with failure to appear and interference with custody. 

Matthew Skiver 

Mr. Skiver was arrested on August 13 by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with assault and endangering children.

Braden Joseph Crabtree 

Mr. Crabtree was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department on August 14th. He is been charged with the illegal conveyance of weapons.

Philip Ellies 

Mr. Ellies was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department on August 14th. He’s been charged with domestic violence. 

Jordan Tyler Huffman 

Huffman was arrested on August 14th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with felonious assault.

Hagen Cole Metzler 

Mr. Metzler was arrested on August 14th by the Sheriff’s Department and charged with felonious assault.

James Keith Phillips 

Mr. Phillips was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department on August 14th. He’s been charged with discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited area, improperly discharging a firearm, and felonious assault.
