Busted! 34 New Arrests in Portsmouth, Ohio – 08/20/23 Scioto County Mugshots

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dennis W. Carter 

Mr. Carter was arrested on August 15th by the US Marshals. He was charged with obstructing official business. 

Ashley Sharp

Ms. Sharp was arrested on August 15th by the US Marshals. She’s been charged with possession of drugs, criminal damaging, and assault.

Laura Flanagan 

Ms. Flanagan was arrested on August 16th by the Portsmouth Police Department. She was charged with domestic violence. 

Mark Williams 

Mr. Williams was arrested on August 15th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s charged with domestic violence. 

Jordan Lewis

Lewis was arrested on August 15th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Rebecca Ann Shepherd

Ms. Shepherd was arrested on August 16th by the Sheriff’s Department. She’s been charged with endangering children.

Ms. Thomas was arrested on August 16th by the Sheriff’s Department. She’s been charged with disorderly conduct.

Mr. Thompson was arrested on August 16th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with assault. 

Nathan Stump 

Mr. Stump was arrested on August 16th by the adult parole authority and charged with a parole violation. 

Tabitha Renee Craft 

Ms. Craft was arrested on August 17th by the Portsmouth Police Department. She was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, possessing drug instruments, drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and driving under a licensed forfeiture.

Joshua Ryan Kilgore 

Mr. Kilgore was arrested on August 17th by the new Boston Police Department. He was charged with violation of a protection order. 

Benjamin E. Carr 

Mr. Carr was arrested on August 17th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, falsification, failure to appear, and as a fugitive from justice.

Raphel Woody 

Mr. Woody was arrested on August 17th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with having weapons while under disability and trafficking in drugs.

Daniel Furnier

Mr. Furnier was arrested on August 17th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with a parole violation. 

Derick Fonville 

Mr. Fonville was arrested on August 17th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with failure to appear. 

Zachary Walden

Mr. Walden was arrested on August 17th for a probation violation.

James Carver 

James Carver was arrested on August 17th for a probation violation and escape.

Cheryl Trent 

Ms. Trent on August 18th by the Pike County Sheriff’s Department. She’s been charged with inducing panic.

Mr. Beal was arrested on August 17th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with burglary and a parole violation.
