1. Dog Runs Loose While Owner is in Rehab
A Lucasville caller told officers his neighbor’s dog bit his girlfriend. The woman didn’t want medical care, but they did want officers to do something about the neighbor’s dog.
They said the animal had been running loose for three weeks while the owner was in rehab and had begun to behave aggressively.
Deputies contacted the dog warden, who said she would be by later in the day to collect the animals.
2. Injury Accident on St. Rt. 104
Just before 11 am, medics and officers responded to a two-vehicle accident on St. Rt. 104.
One subject reported chest pains, and another individual involved in the accident said that she was pregnant. Officers sent for two ambulances to transport them to the hospital, and OSP handled the crash investigation.
3. Tragedy on Blue Run County Road
A tragic discovery in Lucasville after a woman reported finding her sister deceased. Officers and medics responded to the scene and confirmed the woman had passed.
Officers contacted a local funeral home to take possession of the deceased.
