Man Found Lying on U.S. Grant Bridge
Police responded to a report of a man lying on the U.S. Grand Bridge just after 3 am.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered a Kentucky man and took him into custody for disorderly conduct.
This was Billy Rhoden’s 5th trip to the jail. He had two previous arrests for disorderly conduct as well as two DUI charges.
Around the same time, Shawnee State University officers flagged down PPD to report an issue with a man on university property.
Police took Jeffery Kleinman into custody for disorderly conduct.
This was his 15th arrest. He was picked up two weeks ago for disorderly conduct and has been arrested multiple times on charges including escape, theft, probation violation, contempt, and drug charges.
