Right around lunchtime, a caller reported a pack of dogs attacking a man on a porch near Sonora Mexican Grill.
When an officer arrived on the scene, they spotted several dogs running loose in the 1900 block of 18th Street.
Animal Control responded to the scene and helped round up the dogs, which were returned to the owner. Animal Control cited the owner.
