Portsmouth Police Officers spent the morning going after traffic offenders in Wayne Hills, issuing six traffic citations on Wayne Avenue in 20 minutes. Police cited six vehicles for illegally parking on the sidewalk. Additionally, they impounded one vehicle with fictitious tags. A tow truck took that vehicle to an impound lot.
